How it all Started

Asanify is a tech startup founded in 2019 to simplify payroll and HR management for small businesses. What started as a tool for automating payroll has grown into a global platform that supports everything from HR workflows to international hiring.

Built by alumni of IIT, IIM, ISB, and other top institutes, our team has led major projects like launching India’s first 4G network and building a video platform with 300M+ users.

Priyom Sarkar, Co-Founder and CEO

After completing his Bachelor’s degree with a First Class Honors from Jadavpur University, Priyom went ahead to pursue an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Indian School of Business. He holds more than 15 years of experience working with brands like PwC, Reliance Industries, and Viacom 18, supervising their digital strategies. He has a strong track record of conceptualizing, incubating, and growing disruptive B2B and B2C businesses. He has also been a featured speaker at “Chief Innovation Officer, Singapore”, “Chief Digital Officer Summit”, “Unleashing Innovation”, “IFLR M&A”, and “World HRD Congress” amongst other internationally renowned forums.

Gaurav Prasad, Co-Founder and COO

After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Gaurav went ahead to pursue an MBA in Marketing & Finance from IIM Lucknow. He holds more than 15 years of experience working with brands like HSBC, GE, Reliance Group, and VFS Global, supervising their growth and marketing strategies. He has a strong track record of conceptualizing growth value propositions and managing successful Customer Loyalty Programs like Taj, Standard Chartered Bank & Air Canada.
