Frequently Asked Questions

How does Asanify's Employer of Record pricing work?

Asanify Global EOR is priced as a flat per-employee monthly fee, billed in USD (other currencies on request). You pay the EOR fee plus the employee’s gross salary and country-mandated statutory contributions (employer-side taxes, pension, social security, mandatory benefits) at cost. Pricing is transparent and country-specific because statutory costs vary widely. Get a country-specific quote at book a demo.

Are there any setup, onboarding, or platform fees?

No. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no per-feature platform fees. The only charges are the monthly EOR fee and the actual statutory pass-throughs for each country.

Is there a minimum number of employees required to use Asanify EOR?

No minimum. You can start with a single employee. Pricing is per employee, so the cost scales linearly with your team and you can scale down without penalty (statutory notice periods at the employee level still apply).

Which currencies can I be billed in?

Primary billing is in USD. Multiple other currencies are supported on request to fit your accounting setup. Employee salaries are paid in the employee’s local currency to comply with local payroll regulations.

How does Asanify handle currency conversions and FX rates?

Asanify uses the prevailing inter-bank rate on the invoice date, with a transparent currency conversion line item shown on every invoice. We don’t mark up FX. If your accounting prefers a fixed monthly rate, we can lock a rate at the start of each quarter on annual contracts.

What's included in the EOR fee?

Everything that comes with being a legal employer in the country: a locally compliant employment contract, monthly payroll, statutory withholdings and contributions, mandatory benefits enrollment, payslips, leave and time-off tracking, dedicated HR support for the employee in their local language where available, separation processing, and ongoing labour-law compliance. Statutory amounts (employer taxes, social security, pension, etc.) are passed through at cost and itemized on every invoice.

What's the contract term?

Asanify Global EOR runs on a 12-month initial term that auto-renews for successive 12-month terms. To not renew, either party gives 60 days’ written notice before the end of the current term, per our Terms of Service. Monthly billing inside the annual term is available on request. Fees for any commenced billing cycle are non-refundable, per our cancellation and refund policy.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Email support@asanify.com with 60 days’ written notice before the end of your current 12-month term. The current billing cycle runs to its end. For the employees on your account, we coordinate the legally required notice period in their country, plus final settlement (severance, gratuity, accrued leave, statutory dues) per the local labour code.

Are there any termination or offboarding fees?

Asanify charges no termination fee. The only costs at offboarding are the country-mandated severance, notice pay, and statutory final dues for the employee, which we pass through at actual.

How is Asanify's pricing compared to Deel, Multiplier, Remote, and Oyster?

Asanify is significantly more affordable than the major global EOR players (Deel, Remote, Multiplier, Oyster) across the corridors we serve, while bundling an AI-native HR layer — WhatsApp employee assistant, AI payroll checks, AI performance reviews — that the others typically charge separately for. We’re also consistently top-rated for ease of use on G2 and Capterra. For a country-specific quote and like-for-like comparison, book a demo or check the comparison pages, starting with Asanify vs Deel.

How fast can you onboard a new employee through EOR?

India: as fast as 24 hours once the candidate signs the offer letter. Other corridors vary depending on local registration steps, document verification, and (for some markets) visa or work-permit processing. We confirm the country-specific timeline on the demo call so you can plan your start date with confidence.

Does the EOR service include compliance, contracts, and payroll filings?

Yes — comprehensive. Locally compliant employment contracts (drafted by in-country legal counsel), monthly payroll processing, statutory withholding and remittance, mandatory and supplementary benefits enrollment, ongoing labour-law updates, government audits and inspections, and all required filings to tax and social-security authorities in the employee’s country. You get monthly compliance reports and immediate alerts on any regulatory change that affects your employees.

Do you offer special pricing for startups?

Yes. Asanify offers special discounted pricing for early-stage startups, accelerator and incubator-backed companies (Y Combinator, Techstars, Sequoia Surge, Antler, and similar), and pre-Series A businesses. Asanify is itself a Techstars-backed startup, so we know what early-stage budget realities look like. Eligibility and discount level are confirmed on the demo call. Mention startup pricing when you book a demo and the team will put together a custom quote.
