How does Asanify's pricing work?

Asanify offers two products with separate pricing.

HRMS is priced per employee per month, billed monthly or annually. You only pay for active employees and you can choose modules (payroll, attendance, leave, performance) as you need them.

Employer of Record (EOR) India is a flat per-employee monthly service fee on top of the employee’s salary and statutory contributions. The EOR fee covers contracts, payroll, statutory filings, compliance, and HR support. No setup fees, no per-feature charges.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No setup fees. No onboarding fees. No platform fees. The only charges are the monthly subscription you see on this page, plus, if you use Employer of Record India, a refundable security deposit (see Q3).

Is there a security deposit on EOR India? How much, and is it refundable?

Yes — Asanify holds a refundable security deposit equal to one month of total cost (employee salary + statutory contributions + EOR fee) per employee on EOR India. It covers statutory exposure such as final payroll, gratuity, leave encashment, and notice obligations during separation. The deposit is fully refunded after the employee’s last payroll cycle is closed and statutory dues are settled.

What's the contract term?

Asanify subscriptions run on a 12-month initial term and auto-renew for successive 12-month terms. To not renew, either party gives 60 days’ written notice before the end of the current term, per our Terms of Service. Monthly billing is available on request inside the annual term. Once a billing cycle has commenced, fees for that cycle are not refunded. For Employer of Record India, statutory notice periods at the employee level apply separately when offboarding.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change plans, add modules, or adjust headcount any time from your admin dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated on the next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, debit card, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and UPI for India billing. International customers can pay via card or bank transfer in USD or INR. Annual billing is invoiced once and unlocks a discount versus monthly.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — Asanify HRMS includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can run real payroll, set up attendance and leave, and onboard employees during the trial. The Employer of Record India service does not have a free trial because it involves becoming the legal employer of your hires; instead, book a demo and we’ll walk you through the workflow with sample data.

What's included in the Employer of Record India fee?

Everything you need to legally employ a person in India without setting up an entity: locally compliant employment contracts, monthly payroll processing, TDS deduction and filing, EPF and ESI registrations and contributions, professional tax, statutory bonus, gratuity tracking, leave and attendance management, payslips, statutory filings (Form 24Q, ECR, etc.), and HR support for the employee. We pass through the actual statutory amounts at cost; we do not mark them up.

Does Asanify handle TDS, PF, ESI, and other Indian statutory contributions?

Yes — fully managed. Asanify calculates, deducts, and files TDS on salaries, EPF (12% employer + 12% employee), ESI where applicable (3.25% + 0.75%), professional tax across all 28 states, labour welfare fund, and statutory bonus and gratuity. We file Form 24Q quarterly, ECR monthly, and PT returns per state schedule. You receive monthly statutory compliance reports.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Per our cancellation and refund policy, fees are not refunded for partially used billing cycles. To not renew at the end of your 12-month term, give 60 days’ written notice (email support@asanify.com). If you signed up for an HRMS free trial and are unhappy in the first month after the trial converts, contact support and we’ll work to address it or arrange a goodwill refund on a case-by-case basis.

How does Asanify's pricing compare to Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, and Zoho People?

Where is my data stored, and who owns it?

Your data is yours. Asanify is ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, GDPR, and India DPDP Act compliant. Customer data is stored in certified, encrypted data centers and we publish ongoing security posture at the Asanify Trust Center. You can export the full data set any time. We process and delete data per our Data Processing Addendum, and offboarded data is deleted on request after the contractual retention period.
