Another survey done, and nothing changed?
"We filled this in last quarter too."
Results sit in a spreadsheet, employees never hear back, and every round fewer people bother to answer.
"Hundreds of comments. Nobody has time to read them."
The written answers hold the real reasons, and they are the first thing to get skipped.
"Is this really anonymous?"
When people doubt it, they skip the survey or tell you what you want to hear.
"Which team is actually struggling?"
One company-wide score hides the department or role that is quietly unhappy, until resignations start.
Asanify Pulse turns every survey into action your people can see.
How Asanify's pulse survey software works
No survey tool to buy, no employee lists to upload. Pulse runs on the people data already in Asanify. New to the idea? Here is what a pulse survey is.
Launch in minutes
Start from an eNPS, onboarding, manager pulse or one-question poll template. Choose who receives it and whether answers are anonymous.
Employees answer in Asanify's feed
The survey appears in the Moments feed they already use. A one-question poll is answered right in the card.
AI reads every answer and gives insights
Once the survey closes, Generate insight gives you the themes, how people felt, the groups furthest from average and what to do.
Close the loop
Publish what you heard and what happens next to every employee’s feed, so people see their feedback lead somewhere.
Know your teams,
not just the average
Managers see where their team stands in every employee pulse survey, without a single export.
Each rating question shows its average and the spread, with your target marked.
Department, entity, designation, employment type, country and tenure, with the group below average highlighted.
Every written answer, read. Every theme, found.
One click on Generate insight reads every comment and hands you the actual insights, the same AI that runs across Asanify’s HRMS.
Themes marked positive or negative, with how many comments raised each and the words people used.
The positive, neutral and negative split, plus the departments and roles furthest from the average.
Concrete actions, each linked to the comments and scores behind them.
Don't just collect feedback. Show people what changed.
Asanify Pulse ends with a “you said, we did” post in every employee’s feed. For question ideas and best practices, read our employee survey guide.
Close the loop, so your message reflects what people actually said.
It goes straight to the Moments feed, where the survey itself appeared.
When people see feedback lead to action, they answer the next survey, and answer honestly.
Two minutes to launch. One tap to answer.
Launch a survey in minutes
eNPS, onboarding check-in, manager pulse or a one-question poll. Or start blank.
Everyone, or filter by department, designation, work location or joining date, with a live count of who matches.
Your choice before launch, locked once it is live.
Answer right in the feed
Surveys appear in Moments, the feed employees already use, marked Anonymous when they are.
One-question polls are answered in the card. Longer surveys save progress.
Every survey says if it is anonymous and that AI reads comments with names removed.
Anonymous means anonymous
People only tell you the truth when they trust the survey. Pulse is built for anonymous employee surveys, so they can.
Locked at launch
Anonymity, questions and audience can't be changed once a survey is live.
Results wait for the close
Nobody sees results while a survey is live, so answers can't be matched to when someone responded.
Small groups stay hidden
Groups with fewer than five responses are left out of breakdowns, so no answer traces back to a person.
Names removed before AI reads
Written comments reach the AI without names or other identifying details.
Clear before they answer
Employees see whether a survey is anonymous before they start, right on the card.
One person, one response
Each employee answers once, so results reflect the whole team, not the loudest voices.
Pulse survey templates for every moment that matters
Would they recommend you?

What HR teams ask about Pulse
What is a pulse survey?
A pulse survey is a short employee survey, usually 1 to 10 questions, that you send on a regular schedule to check how people feel about work, their manager or a recent change. Because it is quick, more people answer, and you can spot trends early instead of waiting for an annual engagement survey. Asanify Pulse is pulse survey software that runs these check-ins inside your HRMS. Read more in our pulse survey glossary.
How often should you run pulse surveys?
Most teams run a pulse survey every 2 to 4 weeks for focused topics and an eNPS check every quarter. Run them often enough to see trends, but only as often as you can act on the results and share a “you said, we did” update. Event-based pulses, such as onboarding at day 30 or after a policy change, can go out whenever that moment happens.
What is the difference between a pulse survey and a poll?
A pulse survey is a short, regular check-in, such as eNPS or an onboarding check-in, with several questions and AI insight once it closes. A poll is a single question answered in one tap in the employee feed. Both run from Asanify Pulse.
How do employees answer?
Surveys appear in the Moments feed on Asanify. One-question polls are answered in the card; longer surveys open a page with Next and Back, and progress is saved if they leave halfway.
Are responses really anonymous?
When you choose anonymous, you only see totals, never who answered what. The setting is locked at launch, results open only after the survey closes, groups under five responses are hidden, and comments reach the AI with names removed.
What does the AI do?
Once a survey closes, Generate insight reads every written answer and gives you the themes people raised, how they felt, the groups furthest from the average and recommended actions, each linked to the comments behind it.
What is "Close the loop"?
After the insight, you can publish a message to every employee’s feed saying what you heard and what you will do. You write the message, with the AI insight right above it.
Can we send a survey to only some employees?
Yes. Send to everyone, or filter by department, designation, work location or joining date. Asanify shows how many people match before you launch.
Can we change a survey after it is live?
To protect trust, the name, questions, audience and anonymity are locked once a survey launches. You can close it early at any time.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your workspace data is used to answer your questions and isn’t used to train AI models.
